600-V rectifiers suit fast switching applications

Three 600-V HyperFast rectifier products target extremely fast switching applications, such as power factor correction (PFC), where total conduction losses must be minimized and at the same time, power density must be maximized. The series consists of CMR5H-06 (5 A in SMC package), CHD8-06 (8 A in DPAK package), and the CTLHR10-06 (10 A in TLM364 package).

All three rectifiers offer 22-ns switching performance, which is 37% faster than competitive rectifiers. These devices use industry standard packages and mounting pad layouts. The rectifiers offer a temperature range from -65° to +175°C making them suitable for other applications including motor control, dc/dc output rectification and alternative energy inverters.
