60−W supply suits medical apps

The Cincon CFM60M medical open frame ac/dc power supply series provides 60−W in a 2 x 4 x 1.10−in. package with 20−lfm forced air cooling. The units are constructed on a printed circuit board with open frame construction and heat sinking. They are designed for medical applications, but not for life-supporting equipment.

All the medical open-frame supply models feature 90 to 264 Vac input, 90% efficiency, continuous short-circuit protection, and a no-load power consumption of 0.5 W. The series provides outputs of 5, 12, 15, 24 or 48 V with line regulation of ±0.5% and load regulation of ±1%. The models meet UL 60601-1, IEC60601-1, EN 60601-1, safety standard approvals and EMC EN55011 Class B requirements. (From $23 in large qty – available now.)
