The M24C64M-FCU6T serial 32 or 64 Kbit EEPROM uses an industry-standard 4-ball 0.795 x 0.674 mm WLCSP package. It is able to connect with M24C64S version devices on the same I2 C bus because of hard-wired bus addresses.
The chips interface runs at 1 MHz, 400 kHz, or 100 kHz and it uses a 1.7 to 5.5 V supply over -40° to 85°C. The IC takes 2.5 mA during 1 MHz read operation. Byte or page write takes 5 ms and the memory will function for more than 4 M erase/write cycles, with more than 200-year data retention. From $0.25 ea/1,000.
