7-A POL converters have DOSA pinout

The iBD series 7-A nonisolated, single-inline-package, through-hole-mounted converters feature a DOSA-compatible pinout and target telecom, computer, datacom, medical, and industrial equipment applications. They measure 1.0 x 0.50 x 0.33 in.

The converters have a 6 to 14-V input range and suit distributed power and 4:1 and 5:1 unregulated bus converter systems. They provide an output range from 0.8 to 5.5 V, and can start with a prebiased output, and have a maximum output current of 7 A and 92% conversion efficiency. Standard features include fixed-frequency operation, remote on/off, flexible output-voltage sequencing, and auto-recovery of input undervoltage and output overcurrent protection circuitry.
