The QuasarBrite high-temperature SMD seven-segment numeric LED displays can perform in temperatures up to 105°C, thanks to a combination of proprietary epoxy and plastic. Compatible with lead-free soldering, the devices can eliminate the need for the additional soldering step needed for through-hole displays, saving time and reducing manual labor by up to 80%.
The displays are compatible with standard drivers and are available in red or green in 0.3- and 0.56-in. sizes with single- or double-digit layout and common-anode or common-cathode format. Custom technologies are also available in any color and with wide varieties in size, character height, thickness, and shapes.
