The LC87F1L16A 8-bit MCU provides two USB full-speed host ports without needing an external hub IC. The MCU’s current consumption is just 40 nA typ. at 3.3 V in hold mode and 7.7 mA in full operation.
The SQFP48-packaged chip has 16 Kbytes of flash and 2 Kbytes of RAM, a 12-channel 8-bit A/D converter, and an on-chip debugger. ($4 ea/sample qty — samples available now.)
