The STM8L101 and STM8L151/STM8L152 low-power 8-bit microcontrollers feature a 5.4-µA run mode, a 3.3-µA wait mode, a 1-µA active halt with RTC, and a 350-nA halt mode. The devices can wake from halt within 4 µs, operate from 1.65 to 3.6 V, and have 20-, 28-, and 32-pin packages.
The STM8L101 has up to 8 Kbytes of flash and the STM8L151/L152 up to 32 Kbytes. The STM8L151/L152 also have external crystal/clock capability, optional LCD controller, support for DMA, a motor-control timer, a real-time clock, and fast A/D and D/A functions.
