8-bit MCUs have 1 Kbyte of flash, 10-bit A/D

The ATtiny102 and 104 8-bit MCUs provide 12 MIPS at 12 MHz and integrate features such as self-programming for firmware upgrades, 1 Kbyte of flash, an accurate internal oscillator, and a high-speed USART. The chips have a 10-bit A/D converter and operate from a 1.8- to 5.5-V supply.

The MCUs come in 8- and 14-pin packages as small as 2 x 3 mm and have 32 bytes of SRAM, a 10-byte unique ID, and external and internal interrupts. They are available with –40°C to 105°C or –40°C to 125°C temperature ranges. Samples available now.
