8-bit MCUs have 16 K of flash, 10-bit A/D

The MB95200 family of 8-bit microcontrollers has 8-, 16-, or 24-pin packages, 16 Kbytes of flash, and 498 bytes of RAM. The devices feature a two- or six-channel 8- or 10-bit A/D converter, 16-bit arithmetic operations, programmable input levels, and high-reliability 100 K erase flash.

The ICs have a LIN-UART port, a timer, a watchdog, a flash memory security function, and a one-wire serial control debug. ($0.35 to $0.70 ea/10,000 — available now.)
