8-bit MCUs have dual 10-bit A/Ds

The PIC16LF1554 and PIC16LF1559 8-bit microcontrollers feature two 100 ks/s 10-bit A/D converters and support for capacitive-touch sensing. Operating current is only 75 µA at 1.0 MHz and standby current is just 30 nA. They come in 14-pin PDIP, TSSOP, or SOIC and 16-pin QFN packages.

The chips operate from a 1.8 to 3.6 V supply and include a 1% 16 MHz oscillator, a 31 KHz oscillator, a voltage reference, four PLLs, two PWM modules, and a hardware capacitive voltage divider for touch sensing. They have an enhanced USART, I2C/SPI, 4 or 8 K words of program memory, and 256 or 512 bytes of SRAM. Prices start at $0.63 ea/10,000.
