Featuring active current of less than 50 µA/MHz and sleep current down to 20 nA, the PIC12F182x, PIC16F182x, and PIC16F19xx advanced 8-bit microcontrollers operate at 1.8 to 5.5 V and have up to 28 Kbytes of flash. The 32-MHz devices come in 8 to 64-pin packages in eight package types.
The PIC12F1822 8-pin device takes only 84 µA in operation at 2 MHz and 1.8 V. The MCUs have up to 16 channels of capacitive touch sensing, dual I2 C/SPI and one EUSART ports, up to 17 10-bit A/D converters, and up to five PWMs with independent time bases. The PIC16F19XX models have an LCD controller for up to 184 segments. ($0.69 to $1.74 ea/10,000 — samples available now.)
