The AS7C38096A (1 M x 8) and AS7C38098A (512 K x 16) legacy high-speed CMOS SRAMs feature fast access times of 10 ns and pin-for-pin compatibility with 4-M devices. They are fully static memories with tri-state outputs and data retention to 1.5 V.
The TSOP-II- or TFBGA-packaged ICs have operating currents of 80 mA typ and standby currents of 3 mA typ. The SRAMs operate from –40º to 85ºC with a 3.3-V supply and all inputs and outputs are fully TTL compatible. (From $7.50 ea — available now.)
