8-Mbit SPI serial flash runs on 1.8 V

The AT25DF081 is said to be the industry’s first 8-Mbit SPI serial flash operating at 1.8 V. With an operating range of 1.65 to 1.95 V, the chip is compatible with many 90-nm ASIC devices.
