80% saturated blue LEDs emit at 481 nm

The HLMP-DB00 and HLMP-DB15 are SiC-based blue LEDs that emit in the
481-nm region. The LEDs come in a T1 3/4 package with an untinted diffused
(DB00) or nondiffused (DB15) lens. The luminous intensities and viewing
angles for the DB00 and DB15 are 3 mcd and 38 and 6 mcd and
15 °, respectively, at 20 mA. ($1.23 ea/1,000–available now.)
