The RT3180 and 3680 2.4-GHz and dual-band 802.11n WLAN ICs target portable consumer electronics applications. They feature high-performance power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, power management, and various other front-end components to enable low-cost, small-form-factor designs and come in a 10 x 10 mm QFN88 package.
The RT3180 and RT3680 also feature two-, three-, and four-wire Bluetooth coexistence mechanisms, and USB 2.0, SDIO 2.0, GSPI, UART, SPI, and I2 C interfaces. The RT8180, optimized for cellular phones, is also available. (From $5 ea/prod qty — samples available now.)
