Switched-input op amp has 200-MHz bandwidth
The OPA678 is a 200-MHz monolithic op amp with two independent
differential inputs. Either input can be selected by an external TTL or
ECL logic signal; input selection speed is 4 ns. The OPA678 can be
externally compensated for unity-gain operation and has a settling time of
11 ns. Other specifications include a 350-V/μs slew rate and an offset
voltage of +/-380 microvolts. The OPA678 is available in 16-pin plastic
