Flexible pc connector has 1-mm spacing
A flexible pc-board connector allows tight stacking in high-density,
surface-mount applications such as laptop computers and cellular phones.
It allows vertical or right-angle connection of flexible etched cable,
flat flex cable, and flexible printed circuits to pc boards. The
right-angle version mates with either side of the cable, while the
vertical connector has a detent that holds the actuator open to provide
zero insertion force for cable connection. The connector is available in 4
through 30 positions and is packaged on embossed tape for automated
