These power MOSFETs come in TO-61 isolated packages and are screened to
military specifications. The n-channel devices are rated to 1,000 Vdc, and
are claimed to have the lowest R_DS(on) available. The p-channel
devices are rated to 200 Vdc with R_DS(on) as low as 0.6 ohms for a
200-Vdc device and 0.3 ohms for a 100-Vdc device. (n-channel, $57 to $68
