Switches meet many electrical standards
Series 16 industrial- and instrument-grade, panel-mount switches are
watertight and designed to meet VDE, UL, and CSA electrical standards. The
family includes lighted or unlighted pushbutton and selector switches (in
momentary and latching models), two- and three-position keylock switches,
latching toggle switches, and signal lamps. Offered with both
25-mm-square and 25-mm-diameter geometries with black or chrome-plated
bezels, each switch has a removable anti-rotation/detent pip. The switches
mount in a 16.2-mm-diameter panel cutout that can be between 0.5 and 5 mm
thick. They protrude 7 mm above the panel surface. Contact blocks are
offered with gold-plated or silver contacts rated at 250 mA and 5 A,
respectively. The operating temperature range is -20 degrees to 70
degreesC, and life expectancy is 1 million cycles. (From $6.25 ea/100–3
