Quad comparator has wide input range
The Bt684 quad comparator has an input voltage range of +8 to -4 V and
features voltage-programmable outputs. It offers ATE pin electronics the
choice of CMOS, ECL, TTL, or custom-logic levels with no additional
circuitry. The device tracks 3-V/ns inputs with a +/-300-ps propagation
delay dispersion, and has an input bias current of less than 4 microamps.
The Bt684 is available in a 28-pin PLCC with an internal heat spreader.
