Incandescent lamp is surface mounted
A line of incandescent lamps is available for automatic insertion in a
surface-mount environment. Designed for pick-and-place robotic assembly,
the lamps can survive multiple temperature shocks of 25 degrees to 250
degreesC in 5-s cycles. The lamps come in voltages from 1.5 to 5 V
(higher voltages are available in larger sizes) and have a life cycle of
up to 100,000 hours. The mechanical shock rating is 8,700 gs for 0.3 ms in
each direction and vibration of up to 500 Hz constant acceleration at
various g forces. The rated temperature is -40 degrees to 70 degreesC.
