DTMF receiver IC uses little power
The BU8874/BU8878F is a CMOS dual-tone multifrequency (DTMF) receiver.
The device has a 45-dB dynamic input range, a power-down mode, a serial
4-bit binary data output, and hysteresis on the ACK input pin. The
BU8874/BU8874F typically operates at a supply current of 2.2 mA with a 5-V
supply voltage and has a standby current of 0.1 mA. It is available in
8-pin DIPs and 18-pin SOIC packages. Maximum power dissipation is 500
