Hardware model server is low in cost

The LM-700 is a low-cost hardware model server intended for first-time
simulation users and small design teams. It can handle up to nine devices
per model server, and supports devices of up to 240 pins. This capacity is
adequate for more than 98% of the models available in the company's Logic
Model Library of off-the-shelf models. The user can also develop models
either with the ModelTools model development software or by using the
company's custom model development service. The LM-700 supports the
simulation model requirements of a network of users and can be networked
with other Logic Modeling hardware model servers for expanded network
capability. The model server supports most commercial simulator/platform
combinations, including VHDL simulators. (LM-700, from $41,000; upgrade
kit, $6,000–available now.) Logic Modeling Corp. Beaverton, OR Diane
