Analog cell library adds CBiCMOS

Raytheon Semiconductor has added a complementary bipolar and CMOS process
to its analog and mixed-signal tiled ASIC capability. The RSC4000 library
complements the company's RPA160 tiled analog array. The library includes
converters, analog, and both ECL and CMOS digital cells. Vertical npn and
pnp transistors have FT of 4.0 and 1.5 GHz, respectively. The initial
list includes about 70 cells. Many packages are available. (Typical
turnkey NREs, from $60,000 to 150,000–prototypes in 16 weeks; prod qty
follows approval by 12 to 14 weeks.) Raytheon Co. Semiconductor Div.
