Video switch has low on-resistance
Designed for video equipment and high-precision test instruments, the
DG641 and DG642 CMOS analog switches have on-resistances of 8 and 5 ohms,
respectively. The DG641 is available in a 16-pin DIP and has a signal
crosstalk figure and current-carrying capability of -87 dB and 75 mA. The
DG642 comes in an 8-pin DIP with crosstalk and current figures of -85 dB
and 100 mA. Both devices are also available in SO packages. (DG641, $1.80;
