Data clock oscillator has tri-state output
The K1300 data clock oscillator is a high-frequency TTL/CMOS data clock
with tri-state output. It is designed primarily for applications requiring
fast rise and fall times, such as high-speed workstations and
high-resolution graphics. Rise and fall times are each 5 ns max. The
frequency range is 70 to 125 MHz. Other features include a frequency
stability of +/-0.01% (+/-0.005%); typical symmetry of 45%/55%; and a
drive capability of 50 pF for the CMOS version. The K1300's metal,
hermetically sealed package has a footprint of 0.820 x 0.520 in. The
package can be soldered in standard wave-line operations without damage.
Insulated standoffs permit proper cleaning. ($11.70 ea/100–4 to 6 weeks
