Ovenized oscillator has low profile
The Model TK802 hybrid ovenized oscillator operates over a 50 to 100-MHz
frequency range with a temperature stability of <_2b_>0.05 ppm over a -20
degrees to +70 degreesC temperature range. Fast warmup time (less than 5
min) achieves 5 x 10-8 stability at +28 V/250 mA heater current.
The TK802 has phase noise performance of -135 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz and -155
dBc/Hz at 10 kHz. Standard output power is +7 dBm min; higher output power
is optional. The oscillator's hermetically sealed package meets
MIL-STD-883 fine leak requirements. ($790–6 to 8 weeks ARO.) ST
