Designed for everyday applications, the TFMS 5XXX and TFMT 5XXX infrared
receivers combine a photo PIN diode, AGC amplifier, bandpass, and
demodulator in one package. The devices are sensitive to transmitters up
to 40 m away and provide a demodulated output that can be directly coupled
to a microprocessor. Operating from 5 V, the devices have a power
consumption of 50 mW and an operating temperature range of -25 ° to
85 °C. The angle of half transmission distance is (+/-)55 °
