Op amp for wide- bandwidth systems The OPA623 is a wideband monolithic op
amp designed using an advanced complementary bipolar process and an
optimized current-feedback topology. The amp provides a 350-MHz
large-signal bandwidth at 2.8 Vp-p output voltage, as well as a 2,
100-V/ Μs slew rate. Other specifications of the OPA623 include a 1.
9-ns rise time at 5 Vp-p and differential phase and gain errors of 0.08%
and 0.05 °, respectively. In addition, the device has an output
current capability of (+/-)70 mA, and a quiescent current use of (+/-)4
