BiCMOS logic is fastest available The ABTC family of BiCMOS logic devices
is offered as providing the highest performance of any such product. The
family features propagation delays of 3.6 ns compared to the industry's
previous highest speed of 4.6 ns. The ABTC devices come with extended ac
specification tables that define guaranteed propagation delay, skew, and
noise with one to eight outputs switching 50 to 250-pF loads. The first
members of the family are the 74ABT245C, 74ABT244C, 74ABT541C, and
74ABT2541C functions. Eight- and 16-bit functions are available in SSOPs.
