Modeling software is enhanced
SUXES 20 release 4.0 Modeling and Device Characterization software
addresses characterization of behavioral models, macromodels, and
discrete devices through links to external circuit simulators, as well as
embedded models. The new version includes the BSIM2 model for submicron
device modeling and a windowing interface based on the X-windows and
Motif standards. The software provides for interfacing to the models of
virtually any external circuit simulator. Interfaces already created
include those for HSpice, Saber, Precise, and Spice. SUXES 20 runs on
workstations from Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard/Apollo. (From $12,
