Pressure transducer is certified explosion proof
The PDCR 550 is a low-power pressure transducer for applications where
only battery or solar power is available. The transducer, which provides a
1 to 5-V output, can operate from an 8-V supply and has a current
consumption of less than 2 mA. Accuracy is <_2b_>0.1% BSL and stability is
better than <_2b_>0.1% of full scale per 12 months. Externally adjustable
zero and span potentiometers permit field calibration to be easily
performed. The wetted parts are NACE-compliant Hastelloy C276 and 316L
stainless steel. The welded body, which is manufactured fro 316L stainless
steel, provides environmental sealing to NEMA 4X. The transducer is
supplied in gauge and absolute ranges from 0 to 5 psi through 0 to 5,000
psi. It is certified explosion proof by CSA for Class 1, Division 1,
Groups B, C and D, Class II Groups E and F and Class III, Division 1.
