PIN photodiode has broad spectral response

The S2506-04 PIN silicon photodiode has a spectral response of 400 to 1,
100 nm, peaking at 920 +/-50 nm. It has an effective sensitive area of 3 x
3 mm² and comes in a clear plastic molded package. Radiant
sensitivity at 920 nm is 0.6 A/W and dark current is 0.2 nA with a maximum
