Transducer performs pressure monitoring
The Model FTP in-line, flow-through-type pressure transducer is designed
for pressure monitoring and leak detection of high-purity specialty gases
and liquids like those used in the semiconductor-manufacturing process.
The transducer is constructed from 316 L stainless steel, and has a
super-fine internal finish with a better than 10 μin. rms finish. This
through-tube design is used to measure pressure without causing
obstructions or creating cavities where eddies can form or contaminates
may collect. The FTP has standard VCR fittings that provide leak-tight
connection. Other pressure fittings are also available. Pressure ranges
from 0 to 100 through 0 to 10,000 psig are available. Optional outputs of
