Power management ICs for cellular phones
The S-8440AF power management ICs incorporate four regulators and three
voltage detectors into a complete power management system. The devices use
29 microamps during operation (85 nA in shutdown mode) and contain a
momentary power-fail warning circuit and a built-in watchdog timer circuit
that detects MPU runaway and generates a reset signal. The devices are
available with output voltages of 5.0 V +/-2.5%, 5.2 V +/-2.5%, and 3.2 V
+/-2.5%; maximum output current capability is 100 mA. The S-8440AF Series
