Analog switches
Dual analog switches have latched channel-address inputs, t(ON) of less than
300 ns, RDS(on) of less than 35 Ω, and power consumption of less than 35
μW; operate from 12 to 30-V single supplies or +/-4.5 to +/-20-V dual
supplies; available now in 16-pin PDIPs and CerDIPs, as well as 20-pin PLCCs
(DG423/425).
