μW frequency source comes in small package
The M130 crystal microwave frequency source is designed to meet the
demands of high-reliability airborne radar applications. Three models
cover the frequency range from 2 to 12 GHz with output levels up to +13
dBm. The operating temperature range is 0 degrees to +60 degreesC with an
option of -55 degrees to +85 degreesC. Frequency stability is (+/-)0.005%.
The source is available in two packages; the largest being 6.37 (L) x 1.40
