RAMDAC with clock

The ICS5343 integrates a RAMDAC and pixel-clock generator running 170 MHz in
the fastest grade. It has a standard 16-bit pixel port that works with most
graphics chips. (68-pin PLCC, $6.50 ea/10,000–samples now.)
