Microwave amplifiers offer
0.8 to 18-GHz bandwidth
The Models 25S1G4 and 20T4G18 broadband microwave amplifiers offer instantaneous
bandwidths of 0.8 to 4.2 GHz and 4.2 to 18 GHz, respectively. The solid-state
25S1G4 provides 25 W min power, while the TWT-based 20T4G18 provides 20
W min power.
Both amplifiers offer front-panel gain control and allow full-sweep
testing without shutdown, band switching, or tuning. The 20T4G18 includes
an IEEE-488 interface. (Model 25S1G4, $25,000; Model 20T4G18, $38,000–available
