The Model 2304 supply combines both a 100-W supply and precision measurement
functions to allow testing in IEEE-based automated test systems. It delivers
up to 5 A at 20 V, and can also be used as an electronic load and sink
up to 3 A. Basic measurement accuracy is 0.2%, and current readback resolution
is 100 nA.
The Model 2304 also has a set of independent digital voltage meter inputs
that allow measurement of signals from 0 to +20 V. In response to load
changes, the supply recovers to within 0.1% of the original voltage in
50 µs or less. The supply can also make peak current measurements
on pulses as narrow as 500 µs. ($2,495–6 to 8 weeks ARO.)
