CPLD/FPGA design tool for Windows NT

CUPL-NT version 4.9 is CPLD and FPGA development software for Windows
95/NT platforms. In content, the tool is identical to the company's Total
Designer tool.

The software includes built-in fitters for CPLDs, produces XNF files
for Xilinx devices, creates AHDL syntax for the Altera backend tool, and
directly translates designs from popular schematic-capture packages and
