DSOs deliver improved performance, probe options
The 93xxC series of digital oscilloscopes comprises eight models offering
200- or 400-MHz bandwidths, two or four channels, and memory lengths from
50 Kbytes to 1 Mbyte per channel. Signals are handled using a 68030 CPU
and RAM of 16 Mbytes standard or up to 64 Mbytes optional.
Other features include a built-in floppy-disk drive and an improved
I/O subsystem that allows RS-232 data transfer speeds to 115.2 kbits/s.
The instruments are supplied with standard high-impedance passive probes,
with three types of specialized probes–high voltage, current, and differential–available
