Digitizer/averager board samples at 250 MHz
The TD-250 digitizer/averager board occupies one ISA slot and provides
a sampling rate of 250 MHz with a maximum analog bandwidth of 125 MHz.
It uses a real-time hardware averaging section that can increase effective
resolution up to 11 bits for repetitive signals.
Other features of the board include 1 Mbyte of SRAM, ac/dc input
coupling,
aperture jitter of 5 ps, and a maximum linearity error of 0.5 LSB. Digital
scope and control software is included. A DT-Connect option offers
20-Mbyte/s
