Dual, isolated switching
diodes save space
A series of dual, isolated switching and Schottky diodes is available
in the SOT-143 case. Drop-in replacements for Philips and Siemens devices,
the parts include the BAS28 ultra-high-speed silicon switching diodes,
the BAS56 ultra-high-speed high-current switching diodes, the BAW101 300-V
switching diodes, the CMFSH-3i 30-V dual Schottky diodes, and the CMFD-
2004i high-voltage switching diodes. All of the parts are built to ISO
9001 standards and are available in bulk or on tape and reel. (From $0.08
