to 400 MHz via PowerPC 750

The PowerCoreCPCI-6750 CompactPCI and the PowerCore-6750 VMEbus single-board
computers use the next-generation PowerPC 750 processor–built with a copper-based
CMOS process–that both increases the processor's clock speed to 400 MHz
and lowers its power consumption.

Both boards offer up to 256 Mbytes of SDRAM, up to 1 Mbyte of L2 cache,
up to 8 Mbytes of flash, and a Fast Ethernet interface. (PowerCoreCPCI-6750,
