CDMA downconverter ICs
operate in three modes

The SA9500/9502 downconverter ICs integrate all of the front-end receive
mixers necessary for use in dual-band triple-mode CDMA/AMPS cellular handsets.
Operating modes include high-band 1,900-MHz PCS CDMA, low-band 800-MHz
cellular CDMA, or analog FM AMPS/TACS.

Operating at 2.7 V, the downconverters draw 7 mA in FM mode and approximately
18 mA in PCS or cellular CDMA modes. Packaging is in 20-pin TSSOPs. ($1.47
