Crystal clock oscillator
generates up to 250 MHz

Available in –5- and –5.2-V PECL versions, and in a 3.3-V PECL/LVDS
version, the SEL3400 crystal clock oscillator produces an output in the range
of 7 to 250 MHz. Outputs can be disabled or connected in a wired-OR configuration
for combining multiple clocks.

The device is compliant with Motorola's 10KH, 10KE, and 100LVE logic
families. It is available in DIPs and gull-wing surface-mount packages.
