Low-cost TCXOs
achieve 1-ppm stability
The IT100/200 Series surface-mount TCXOs achieve a frequency stability
of ±1 ppm from –40° to 85°C. The oscillators generate clipped sine-wave
output in the 10 to 26-MHz range, producing a phase noise
of –105 dBc/Hz at a 100-Hz offset.
Operation is from 2.7 to 5.5 V with a current draw of 1.2 mA. The IT100
weighs 0.1720 g and measures 9 x 7 x 1.8 mm. The IT200 comes in a 11.4
x 9.6 x 2-mm package. (From less than $4–available now.)
