The IMP181x microprocessor supervisory and reset
circuits reduce supply current requirements by up
to 57%. Typical supply current is 8 µA with
a maximum supply current of 15 µA.
The IMP1810/11/12 are designed for 5-V power
supply systems, while the IMP1815/16/17 are
designed for 3- or 3.3-V systems. All devices
operate with 150-ms reset periods. Packaging is
in 23-pin SOTs. ($0.61 ea/1,000–available now.)
