heat dissipation
A single-digit 5 x 7-SMT dot-matrix LED has a
ceramic substrate for improved thermal
dissipation. An on-board driver IC allows
software control of each LED in parameters such
as 32 levels of brightness, internal
multiplexing, and blanking.
Available in red, green, and blue, multiple
displays may be cascaded. ($40 ea/large qty–6
